About Shreeji Sankalp Group
Shreeji Sankalp Group started in 2004 with a twelve-flat building in Sudama Nagar. Twenty-two years later we have delivered sixteen residential projects across Indore, all of them within the city we live in ourselves.
We build only in Indore, we build only residential, and we finish what we start before we launch the next one. Our in-house site team, contract labour and finishing crew have been with us for over a decade, which is why the flat you see in the sample is the flat you receive.

How a booking works
Six steps, and you know exactly what you pay at each one.

Site visit
Walk the site and the sample flat with a site engineer, not a salesman. Sundays included.
- 02
Unit selection
Pick the tower, floor and facing from the live availability chart. Nothing is blocked verbally.
- 03
Booking amount
10% on booking against a numbered receipt and a written allotment letter.
- 04
Agreement and RERA
Builder-buyer agreement registered within 30 days, with the RERA possession date written in.
- 05
Home loan
Our loan desk files with your chosen bank and follows up until disbursement.
- 06
Possession and registry
Snag list closed, OC handed over, registry done at the sub-registrar office with our documentation team.
